We have the Capitol one Venture card, 2 points per 1$ spent. This way I can book my cheapest and best flight for us on any airline then tell Cap one to use my points and they pay the bill. No blackouts and it really works well. To figure out your dollars you can spend just take your number of points...

I had to chime in, a bit late. First Merry Christmas to all ... especially St John lovers. I just got my shipment of collage photo mugs from Costco, all photos from our favorite island to give as gifts! We have booked Bad Kitty twice, a group of 15 and last summer a group of 6. We loved the crew, th...

For most plans I have found incoming texts are free, outgoing are $$$ like $1 each for ATT. We always have wireless (Wifi) in the Villa we rent and we use a txting app for I phones and IPods ( we use TEXTIE but there are others). Quite free!! The screen looks like your Message page on the I phone. T...

Who is on Spice Cam all day???
Has anyone noticed the people sitting under the palm tree all day on the Spice Cam view??? I am guessing they are selling something (?shells?) on a blanket in the shade??
Also, how much rain did you all get over the last week?
Steve

You are correct about the views. I posted a couple of years ago with others about Anole, I stayed there in the mid90's, spectacular views. Subsequently they let the vegetation block the bulk of the coastline view below. I walked by it last summer, it is a little further down the road from La Jolla C...

OK, I am really 'island sick' to get back there. As you know I love La Jolla Caribe also. Did you get up and see the sunrise over the BVI (it might rise over Mary point this time of year... not sure) as well as the sunset over Peter Point?? Please: More view photos, food photos etc!! Incredible dive...

I enjoy sitting on the deck early in the morning watching the sunrise over Tortola in the AM (summer) or Mary Point (winter) with fresh coffee in hand. In the evening watching the sunset over Peter Bay point with the clouds over Jost bursting with color... of course with a pain killer or rum punch i...

I have stayed in Catherinberg many times, usually at La Jolla Caribe off Wattapama. I actually enjoy the drive, a bit of an adventure and not bad. you are 5 min from Cinnamon beach and 5 min from Centerline. The views are breath taking and in the right Villa you get sunrise and sunset views. I have ...

We go to St John several times a year and usually we just use random cabs, never wait more than a few minutes... know the fairs in advance though, they are posted. When we have a group, I have used 'Lollipop mon' He has his own van and is a musician in a band, very nice guy and always reliable. 340 ...

usually the last ferry is 6pm, that is too tight for your flight schedule, you have to drive at rush hour! If you are stuck, Red Hook has nice 'for pay' parking so you can take the people ferry (last boat at midnight, runs hourly) with your stuff and get the car in the AM. (you never never know, may...
