I've been searching through old posts for info and feedback on various underwater cameras and came across a post about the forthcoming Liquidimage mask/digital camera that It looks like it will go on sale this spring. Here is a link to some sample photos and video. Unfortunately they are just in a p...

MarciaMarciaMarcia - I don't use the Rebel for underwater shots. I looked at a housing carried by SeaandSea.com, but it was just so big. I got a housing for my tiny Casio Exilim and LOVE IT. Thanks Vicki. I asked the question before I looked at your second batch of photos. Then I saw what appeared ...

That new "adults only section" of Atlantis in the Bahamas might be up their alley. Maybe even Puerto Rico.....something on the glitzy Isla Verde strip might appeal to them. Old San Juan has charm and history, too. If they are the travel equivalent of the "hot house orchid" and do...

I'm no expert but it looks great to me. I love the mosaic jewelery. The only negative I'd say is that I wouldn't tend to order jewelery online without feeling it and trying it on first.

I loved your report and your photos are gorgeous! In all the years we've been going to STJ (10), we've never eaten at the Beach Bar, mostly because we are always with the utes, we thought it was mostly a bar and didn't realize that they put out great food, too. I keep hearing about how good the Tuna...

Cape Ann, MA. has some beautiful beaches and lots of charm. Late August/September weather is just perfect IMO. Bermuda would be my pick though and probably is just an hour flight from VA.

I love these tasty threads. One of my favorite wintertime cocktails is a blend of two old classics, the "Manhattan" and the "Old Fashioned". I swiped this from a local restaurant called Red Sauce. In a cocktail shaker over ice: --1 1/2 oz. of your favorite bourbon. I like Makers ...

And it's still coming! We have about 8 inches on Cape Ann right now. Thanks so much for the additional tips. I took a few shots today. I'm waiting for the storm to pass and hope to get some more then when the sun breaks out and the snow is still clingling to the branches of the trees.....so purty. I...

Yup, thanks....#1 son is working on that as we speak. I was just hoping that someone here might use the Canon Rebel and save me a few hours of digging. Still crossing my fingers!

Question for the camera savvy

Hi folks. So many of you take such beautiful photos I am hoping someone can help me with this. We are expecting about a foot of snow here in the next 48 hours. My brother who lives in Franklin, Tennessee is an architect and designed my house. I want to send him a photo of the exterior either during ...

Thanks!

Thanks for the great report. Having lurked for years (posting occasionally) I have read hundreds and hundreds of trip reports. Those that are presented in "chapters" as you have done are just so enjoyable to me....especially when accompanied with photos. It's kind of like taking a little v...
