We are using Rachel on Saturday and she is charging us $50 for 2 adults. We have used both Dynamic Tours (Freddy) and Wheatley Taxi before, but they had a $75 minimum (up to 4 people) so Rachel was more reasonable for our group size this year. We bring both Amex and Visa and have found that most restaurants and about 50% of the retailers that accept CC's will take Amex. Likewise, most of the car rental agencies will accept Amex -- which is a big plus since most have very good rental car insurance coverage.
