We used the showers in the community building at Gibney a few years ago when we got stuck in a rain storm and went there for shelter. Not sure if they're always on, or whether that building is always open or not, but there are (or at least were) showers in there.

I just read an article about this on St. John Sun Times' website, and they spilled the beans on which house the couple bought!!
