One bedroom - off season

Hi! Looking for more one bedroom suggestions!! Just got back on 5/9/16 and we are already planning our return for next year. We just enjoyed our second wonderful stay A Winsome House on Ajax Peak. We actually got a very good rate of $1975 per week (due to being repeat guests). But, with the 12.5% VI...

Tourist Trap - not closing??

I just read a post out on Trip Advisor that was posted 4 days ago. Someone states that they stopped by recently and that The Tourist Trap will NOT be closing after the season. Also, that the days that there are open for business has changed. Does anyone have any confirmation on this? We will be &quo...

Re: 10 more days in paradise, part two

Wow!! It is always a highlight of our trip if we get to see a Porcupinefish (Pufferfish)!! To see 2....how amazing is that!!??!!! Kudos to you, two! We have always wanted to snorkel Hansen. But, we drive up the road and can never figure out a) where to park and b) where to enter the water and c) wha...

Re: Virgin Gorda Ferry

"Yes", there are few and far between straight shots from STT to VG and back. In past years, we have gone straight to VG, then second leg of trip headed on to St. John. To my knowledge, your only real option is to do what we did. Travel from VG to Tortola. Then get a ferry to St. Thomas (in...

No customs forms??

I just read on one of the below posts a comment regarding "no more custom forms"? Can someone clarify that for me? Our last visit was in April of 2014. I know that we completed customs forms for our return flight. I always grab customs form upon arrival in STT in order to fill them out at ...

Extra Virgin Bistro - location?

Sorry - but, can someone tell me exactly where Extra Virgin Bistro is located? Is it waterfront and/or does it have a water view? If not, for those of you already "in the know" is there a preferred seating area for a party of 2 who are looking for a "special" night out! We always...

People who reside "on island" - please keep us in the know! Great news that they might be able to work something out. Hope to see them at the end of April/beginning of May! Fingers crossed.....

Re: SAIL TRIPS

Couldn't agree more. KEKOA is the best!! Beautiful, spacious and comfortable catamaran! Easy on and off at snorkeling spot and also at White Bay in Jost Van Dyke. Great staff, great food and beverages! Did both the trip to Jost and also a sunset sail with them. Will, most likely, see them again this...
