My fav restaurant is the Banana Tree Grill in Bluebeard's Castle. You will need reservations for Mother's Day I am sure! In my opinion the Old Stone has finally succumbed to way overpricing, way under feeding and the menu pretty much is too eclectic for a normal palate. All those "tasting"...

Ben & Jerry's is for home, Udder Delight is for St. Thomas, plain or liquored up, you can't miss this icon. The ladies that serve might be slow but they rock! Talk 'em up, in fact be sure to say good morning, good evening to all the people you meet, it goes a million miles and brings out the smi...

Me too, I slide the carry on up into the bin and squish my back pack under the seat in front of me. First I take out my water bottle and book and then I don't have to haul it out again. I wear bicycle shorts under my long pants (I am always cold in a plane) and then I can just shuck off the long pan...

Take TWO bathing suits, one cover up, 2 shorts, one capris for dinner w/a couple of nice tops...undies, snorkel gear, get sun screen there, everything can be bought at Kmart. You cannot carry on liquids remember just those sample sized thingies in a 1 quart zip lock bag. You can take a backpack as w...

Since you have to check in a suitcase anyway, why not put 25+lbs in each...easy to roll, easy to check, and room to bring home some souveniers!

I got mine at scuba.com I use it for sun protection and it has never failed me. I am an XL ladies but I bought a mens L which does me fine, loose and comfortable! The ones with the different color sides really look slimming, mine is blue with silver sides...just love it. The good ones run about $35

There is a very nice locale called "Top of the Baths" which you can taxi to right from the ferry. It is a restaurant, public swimming pool, gift shop, lounge out in the sun area with a path down to the Baths (a long walk down and and seemingly longer and hotter walk back up). Trekking back...

My fav lunch at Cuzzin's is a cup of their homemade chicken soup and then the shrimp creole platter with sides of cole slaw, fried sweet plantains and potato salad (also homemade), a glass or 2 of soursop juice (to die for) and finally a slice of the best rum cake in the Caribbean. My friend likes t...

From the BVI terminal go right, the Greenhouse will be facing the waterfront, you can't miss it. But honestly my best recommendation for lunch would be Cuzzin's on Back Street. Take a look at the Greenhouse (it's the closest if time is a factor) then if not, go right thru Raddets Gade alongside the ...

I also bought those anti glare sheets that go over the window of the camera but they only helped minimally. A hood is what I am looking for, one that flips up and down to shade the window...don't know if this is feasible underwater but a friend has one on her Nikon digi and it is great.
