When I went to the USAir site to accept the change, I noticed that one segment of the trip was missing so I called...and lo and behold the return from STT to Charlotte has been CANCEL...

I totally agree, but I think that Canon needs to hear from people who have had problems with the D10. Maybe then they will address the design flaw that causes the camera to leak. Only MHO

I just wanted to let you know that on Thursday of last week, after some negotiations with Canon, they relaced my leaky Canon D10 with a brand new one :D As I said, there was some back and forth, but in the end, Canon provided excellent customer service. Just hope they've corrected the fault on this ...

Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you all know that yesterday, I received a brand new Canon D10. This was only after a negotiation with them. They were, however, very responsive and in the end, gave excellent customer service. Thanks for all your tips.
