I just booked for early October and can't wait to go back to STJ. American Airlines lowered fares today (at least from Raleigh, NC) and got tickets for $400 RT. They have been fluctuating between $400 and $440 today depending on day and flights but again this was for October.

We stayed there last July and posted a review in the villa reviews section.

I would have vacuumed it out as well but our villa did not have a vacuum that was assessible to us and if there is a place on island to go vacuum out a car I didn't find it.
