Anthony - Where do subjects disappear to? - NEVERMIND!

Post by California Girl »

Hi Anthony -

I have a few of questions....

1. When you post a reply and you fill in the subject line, where does the subject disappear to when you post it?

2. What is the line above this form with the code in it for?

3. When would someone use the Poll?

Thanks! :D

2. You can style your text, add links, etc.

3. I have to research that more - I think only admins and moderators can start polls - not sure though. Do you see the option to start a new poll when you make a new post??

I started a poll

Anthony, I was curious to see if we mere mortals could start a poll. I did see the option to start a new poll, I tried it, and it worked.

There's the option to start a poll on the "new post" form, but not on the reply form. I saw Jan's poll and now I understand it.

Also, since I've been using the formatting buttons, I see that the code line changes. I thought we had to type some kind of code in there or something, but I get it now. Thanks!
:)
