Delegate Invites the Public to a Series of Listening Sessions
(Washington, DC – February 10, 2010) – Delegate to Congress Donna M. Christensen announced today that she will be hosting a series of Listening Sessions in the territory next week focusing on Health Care Reform, the Rum Cover-Over program, the V.I. Constitution, the U.S. Census and other issues.
The sessions will be as follows:

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
St. John
Wednesday, February 17, 2010
VI Legislature Conference Room
6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Christensen is encouraging Virgin Islands residents to attend to air concerns and provide guidance and input into this year’s congressional agenda as it relates to the Virgin Islands.
“The goal of these sessions will also be for everyone to get the straight facts about these issues and how residents and the territory will be affected.”
The sessions will start on time and are open to the public.
