Ahh... yes, it is. I guess I have to admit that. I am not too fond of my recorded voice, but we haven't reached the stage yet of bringing in outside "talent"

Thanks for the update. I swear (and I may be losing it) that this was being worked on back in May 05? Has it really taken that long or has it changed hands. Is there a story here. Looks like a great addition to Mongoose.

There was another person in line to run the restaurant at some point, but I don't think that was what made it take so long. The kitchen building is brand new, and I think it just does take that long in most cases in the Virgin Islands. I am pretty sure the landlord would have wanted to have it completed and rented as soon as possible.

If you want to share a video, I would post it on Google or YouTube and then follow their instructions on how to embed the link into the HTML. Let me know if you plan in doing this, because I need to "allow" the tags you would be using.
