Do you book your airfare of villa first when planning?

It depends if we are bringing kids or not. Spring break/ Easter week tends to get scooped up fast so we'll reserve a villa and car first, then airfare hunt. With just adults, without the school break restrictions, we'll snag a sweet airfare first, then make the accomodations work.
