Kenny Chesney's new album drops today. It's called "Life On A Rock" and I know this gang will love it. There's a song about Lindy! If you don't know who Lindy was, he was a guy who hung out in the park and bummed cigarettes off of everyone, he, unfortunately, is gone now. There's another song called "It's That Time Of Day" about sailing back to St. John from Jost Van Dyke. So much good music to put you in that island frame of mine!

Looking forward to the new tunes. I need something to put to my slide show from our trip last week. Timing, perfect!

He is donating a portion of his profits from this album to the VI National Park.
I've never been a fan but I purchased it on iTunes. I just might become a fan!

The Kristi Hansen tribute/video was beautiful and touching. What an amazing young woman with those striking blue eyes. She was surely loved by many of her island friends and her husband.

Thank you LynnieGirl for sending that link. I watched it a little while ago. It took me some time before I could write anything. I may have met Kristi Hansen in passing while on the island, but I never got to know her. I wish I had. It is a moving tribute to a woman who was beautiful in every way. I recommend that everyone see this tribute. If you've been to STJ, you will recognize the locations in the photos and identify with the stories that are told. You will laugh and cry - sometimes at the same time.

We dive with Low Key and the Hey Now was the first boat we went out on to dive. When I saw the title "Happy on the Hey Now" I thought I have to use it in this year's video. Having seen this video and knowing what is all about, I have to look for another song.

Kristi, you are still touching lives.

Just watched the video ... Can I ask what happened to her?

Kristi had a blood clot that killed her and her unborn baby.
It was very sad
