I can't see how I could be the first to liken the "shampoo directions" to we tourists while on vacation on STJ.
Lather- Suntan Lotion/ Sunblock
Rinse- SWIM!
Repeat- Duh...

Please do not use spray sun screens. They make boat decks slippery and dangerous. Many captains do not allow them to be used on their boats.
Also, while on the beach the wind blows most of the product past the user and into the face of people nearby. Nasty stuff to breath.

Check this out and you may fore go sunscreen all together (lounge in the shade of a beach side tree) or at least use the "reef safe" products.
