Post by Wanda Creech »

Anyone know of any new rental villas coming on the market soon?
Looking for a new villa for our yearly trip in June.
Thanks

Great view from pool.

I am familiar with all the villas that have been around for years but I am
looking for anything new in the last year or that will be available by next
June. The only new place I have found is Out of the Bleu and it is too far
out of town for us.
I have seen Paradise Revisited and it is very nice. We stayed in Kia Ora last
summer which is right beside it. I was just looking for something I have not
seen before that is new to the market.

You might take a look at Mike Mullen’s brand new villa Bordo Mare (Edge of the Sea) VRBO #465589 in Chocolate Hole. Currently he is offering a 20% discount for just two people for September, $2720. Maybe you could ask about a reduction for next June, as it’s just a little over your budget…but the house is a beauty. Best of luck with your search.

Thanks Spindrift.
I will look at that one. I had forgotten about it and you are right
it might be over the budget but you never know what might change your mind.

Well we have decided to stay at Bordo Mare next June. Owner Mike Mullen
was very helpful and I really like dealing with the owner instead of a company.
Can't wait to see those amazing views from the villa, plus it is in the area that
we love.
A big thanks to Spindrift for the suggestion. It was over our budget but it was
the best villa for us this year.
Thanks everyone for all the suggestions.
