Centerline Repairs

I saw a lot of complaints about how long it took to get the repairs started on Centerline and how slow the progress was. I haven't seen an update since early in the project. Are the Centerline repairs complete now?

99.9% finished - blacktop and walls are completed just one small section of railing to be installed.
