Grand Bay Penthouse

Hi All,

I have been on VRBO looking at units. I am trying to find a Penthouse rental unit
that would be located in building 2 or 3 ...that is the lower building right on the
street beside Motu. Is there anyone who can help ??

Listings do not tell which
building the units are in ... and Grande Bay's personal rental website doesn't either.

I'm quite sure Vrbo 239806 is in the front building and is large. It may not actually be on the top floor though. I've stayed in Egrets Rest and it is a wonderful one-bedroom large unit. It's one the top floor.

I typed in 239806 in VRBO but it came back with it being a 3 br condo called The Nest.

Yes, that's the one I'm talking about. A nice big condo with great views and outdoor space, just not topfloor penthouse.

Didn't mean to confuse you...I'm good at that.

Unfortunately ...it's just needed for 2 people so it is a bit big having 3 bedrooms. Most of the PH units are just 1 bedroom from what I understand. We stayed in a PH unit this past June in building #5 and the views were totaling amazing !! We are just needing to find another PH unit or a 1 bedroom on an upper floor.

Sherry, if you're just looking for a one bedroom then I'd highly recommend Egrets Rest. It's a gorgeous large one bedroom. In the front building. Tracy in WI is the owner and is fabulous to work with. It's on vrbo, I'm just not sure of the property number.
