Charlotte Amalie ferry

Post by northerngal »

We land at 4:26 pm do you think there is any chance we could catch the 5:30 ferry out of Charlotte Amalie? I always miss that one and I love that ride!

I think you'll make it, but no one will be able to predict all of the traveling variables on the day. The only way you'll know is to see what time you get out of the airport, and ask the taxi dispatcher. If you're ready to head to the ferry by about 5:15pm, then you'll make it.

If your flight lands on time you should be able to make it with no problem. Even better chances if you are carry-on only.

I know sometimes that ferry doesn't run - so if it is and you can make it, that's great! I'm with you - I really like the longer ferry ride rather than the longer taxi ride to Red Hook, but it's all good!
