Caribbean Lobster - How to Cook & Recipes

Someone usually cooks them for me, but I want to try it soon. Suggestions? Thanks!

The basics - marinate the tails in about a quarter cup of oil with a squeeze of lemon (onion or garlic) if you like. Cut the webbing over the meat with kitchen scissors or knife and turn over and crack the shell once with a mallet (so they lay flat). Grill about 5 min. each side while enjoying the beverage of your choice and enjoy!

As a vegetarian, I say don't cook it. But, I don't force my diet on others. :) So, a friend of mine who is all about cooking and eating anything sustainable from the ocean swears by the microwave for lobster. Says it is the best way to cook any lobster. Here is a recipe I found on line for microwave lobster:
