need help choosing 2 bedroom villa

Post by cindygad »

We are on island now and are looking to book a 2 bedroom for next year in high season. Coral bay, Bordeaux mountain or Cruz bay, Want both bedrooms to be equal with own bathroom. Good View, Washer & dryer, Does not have to have air.3500-4000,Does not have to have pool. Please tell me your favorites and why

Cindy: The many reasons that they are our favorites do include the bias of ownership, but either Coconuts and Plumeria would fit your bill on the Cruz Bay side of things, with air, pool, washer & dryer, and views (rather spectacular ones, in our opinion, including sunsets). They even fit your budget (pretax, at least, and ignoring our surcharge for more than two guests, which your bedroom count does admittedly imply). The two lower bedrooms are both nice, but not quite equal. There is also a loft bedroom, but that is only used by larger groups. We are heading down for a week on Saturday; if you are still on island, PM me, and we can arrange to have you swing by and check out the renovated Plumeria (Coconuts will be occupied). Ditto to any other forum members.

All the best,

Kevin

Wishlist-
Sunnyledge
Reef Madness
(obviously there's more)
Never seems to work out, though.
LOVED Island Horizons and Plumeria.
All time favorite view was from the patios of Spellbound; formerly Lyon's Pride.
I realize they might be over budget,Sunnyledge & Spellbound, but just sayin'...sorry.
Hate to put it on you, but it's an easy search to see how incredible they are.
Good luck, and always-
Smiles-
MJ

We are BIG fans of the Chocolate Hole area. Easy access to restaurants and night life in Cruz Bay yet tranquil while watching the sun set. Plus - when it rains along the north shore - we've found our villa sitting in sunshine.

Our 2 bedroom villas have been French Cap. Would go back there in an instant. LOVE the pool area and kitchen. Masters on opposite sides of the house with A/C in Bedrooms.

Hawksbill. Not nearly as nice as French Cap, but served the purpose. Nice deck area, but pool is not prominent. Nice villa - nice price - nice sunsets.

Good Luck! Have Fun!
