A new promo video for our little timeshare on Sunset Ridge just got posted. It has some nice aerial footage from Steve Simonsen showing the southwest of the island. I always liked that location. Good to see they got their act together. Are there rentals through Redweek or by owners or just through RCI?

Go through Cimmaron St. John. They are our property managers now. The place is totally in the hands of the homeowners association and with Cimmaron's help we are planning on keeping place as nice as we can. This is very good news Bill. The units look comfortable enough and are priced right. Do the loft rooms get hot? There is probably a nice breeze up there and with a ceiling fan, that may be fine.

The homeowners probably had to put up with some pain for a while. Hopefully with good management, Sunset Ridge will be a popular Cruz Bay option.
