About this delicious bread ....help!

Post by PaminMaine »

So, 2 years ago my husband bought a loaf of home made bread from ( we think) Pine Peace Market. It was SO GOOD. It was a 9 grain, and fabulous.
For the locals :
Does this ring a bell about anyone that would make bread to sell to the smaller stores?
He has raved about it for 2 years now..

I havnt seen that type of bread there but I will certainly be on the look out for it on my next trip. My favorite has always been the multi grain type bread at
Deli grotto at Mongoose. I'm curious if it's the same since it has changed owners.

We sometimes buy the hot fresh french bread loafs at Starfish and bake big hunks of it and slather with butter for breakfast the next morning...... Hey, Don't judge me! We are on vacation, Right? :D

Really decadent is baking or toasting a good sourdough or your favorite and spreading warm brie and rasberry jam on it. Yum.

We bought bread from Starfish Market similar to your description. It is kept on the shelf at the deli counter. Delicious for sandwiches and for toasting.

We bought that when we couldn't find the other one, it was pretty good.

I love the English muffin bread at Starfish. They also have their own multi grain bread.
I Like to KIS (Keep It Simple)

Did the bread you are looking for look like a Brand name type bread or was it more of a ( clear bag only) with label from place? I just don't ever remember seeing any special type bread at Peace store but I may just of missed it. I sure want to try if you figure this out.

It was more of a clear bag with a label that had only the ingredients on it.
We leave in 7 weeks, if I find it again I will let you know wontongirl!

Could it be from Baked in the Sun. I remember them having loaves of bread like that.
