Apartment review needed /. B b September travel

I read the forum daily. I did a search but I cannot find the place I am looking at. Does anyone know of a studio apartment in Coral Bay (the map looks like it in Calabash Boom) that is rented by someone named Shira? The reviews are great. The price is really reasonable. We are unexpectedly adding a St John trip to 2015 (YES!!!) so budget is a factor and this would be a great place if it is as good as it sounds.

Our last trip was in the month of July for Carnival, and we loved it. But we would also be happy with quiet, off season atmosphere. We are trying to settle on dates. Is last of August / 1st week of September a good time for snorkeling? Is there a season where there are not as many fish to see?

I'm looking at the same property for a budget trip in December. I was pleased with the quick response through the VRBO link. We're leaning towards booking there; unfortunately I won't be able to tell you about our experience until after your planned trip.
