Maria Breeze-anyone stayed here?

The villa we've rented for the last four years is not available for the time we want in Feb. 2016. The rental agency has Maria Breeze available. Has anyone stayed there who can give me first-hand information? I'm not so crazy about it from the photos but it would fit our group of 6 adults, 2 teens and an 8 year-old.
