Great cooking blog for STJ cooking/drinking ideas

I hope it is ok to post this. From time to time we talk about villa cooking (and drinking) ideas on this forum. I stumbled across this blog on another site -

It is written by the St. Croix woman and I think it has great island recipes. I can't wait to try them out.

This is an excellent blog and the Crucian Contessa is a bright light on the USVI cooking scene.
