Chef on STJ Who Built a Guest House?

I have a recollection of a chef on STJ building a smallish guest house as a vacation rental...is this ringing any bells?

I think maybe you are thinking of Chef Ted from Ted's Supper Club? He has a villa in Fish Bay that looks really nice:

I couldn't remember how many bedrooms it was...it won't work for our upcoming trip but perhaps in the future.
