Moving up the calendar list...

We are now one week from my trip and up to #6 on the calendar list. We will be in Coral Bay from May 14-May 31. Karen and I always enjoy meeting forum people. I have included our picture so if you see us say hi!

Karen and John, my friend and I will be roaming around the Coral Bay area on the 13,14,15th so we'll look for you. Mahojim and his Sweet Amy will be there too, so maybe we can have a small forumite gathering somewhere. Till then, a safe trip and good weather to all!

So you will be the only ones on island wearing hats and sunglasses? Lol.
We will be there 5/20-24 though we aren't on the calendar. Me, DH, darling son and his girlfriend. We will be easy to spot because at least two of us will be wearing Rutgers hats/clothing ( son and gf go there ) and darling son is 6'6"!

Just can't believe it's finally upon us!
We're there from this Saturday until the following Sunday.
Worried about the crowds for the Country Festival, so will most likely lay low.
Would love to plan a forum meeting in Coral Bay, mid-week!
FYI- We're mid/early 40ish. I'm a tall balding skinny guy, most likely wearing a cap, and My Sweet Amy is a gorgeous brunette who walks with a cane. If you see us, please say hello!

As for my friend and I, you can look for 2 older (not old, just older!), short haired, not-so-skinny-anymore ladies. At least one of us (me) will be wearing her ear-to-ear smile. Not sure yet about my "newbie" friend. Hoping she "gets it", but will have to wait and see.

Hope to see everyone on the island. I am having a hard time deciding where I am going first - Little Lameshur, Francis, Maho, Vie's, ... Too many choices... I guess I will do what I always do - pack the cooler, pack the Jeep, drive down the hill and ask my wife "Left Turn or Right Turn?"

I can tell you that I will definitely be in the vicinity of the Bar at Aqua Bistro on Friday night (15th) eating Ponzu Tuna and drinking a Red Stripe.

GraysonDave, are you staying on the Coral Bay side and how will we know you? And TrvlJohn, Friday night at the Aqua Bistro sounds nice. Never had Ponzu Tuna, but I love trying new things so I'm game!

I think I'll just walk up to the bar and say "Any Forumites here?" and see who turns around. Of course if there aren't any I'll look like a real idiot but...been there, done that. LOL!

I am not a 'foodie' or a Tuna eater, but Larry from the Tourist Trap suggested years ago to try the Ponzu Tuna at Aqua Bistro so I did...I eat it every Friday nite when I am on the island now.

We will be the group of four (traveling with our adult children) with the wide brimmed hats and huge smiles on our faces. If you see us at the beach one of us may look like a tellatubbie with the Tribord snorkle mask on. LOL! Does anyone still wear their formulite bracelet? What time Friday is happy hour at the Bistro?
