Does the sun set over water (or Little St. James) at either villa? During what months?

I'm told that the Bordo Mare sunset photo was taken in mid December - so yep sunsets over St James...

If that photo is mid-December, the sun is close to its most southerly setting point. As the sun sets more and more to the north, I guess they have another month before the sunset point is behind Maria's Bluff.
Nonetheless that would mean great sunsets Nov., Dec., and Jan.
The owner should be able to confirm the approximate date the sunset goes behind Maria's Bluff. Count the number of days after 12/21, count back before 12/21 and you have the peak period.
