I have not stayed in this house, but have stayed in houses that are managed by the same property managers, and they are wonderful. You can be assured that the house will be in very good condition.
The location is great if you are into snorkeling, you are right next to Vies and Pelican Rock. You will have to drive a ways to get your supplies though.
One other thing: there is a large house being constructed that is pretty close to this cottage. I remember looking at it from the water when we were at Hansen but I can't remember what stage it was at. From your other posts I think you are on island now, you could drive by and take a look.
