Long Strange Trip Report Days 5&6

Day five found me at Hawksnest. This is my favorite beach on St John. It is so beautiful to look out at the water with all the boats and islands in view. Very nice snorkel around the reef in the center of the bay. I got hungry so I went over to Trunk and ate some lunch and just relaxed on the beach.

Day six was my trip to Jost via the ferry. When I arrived, I took a taxi to White Bay and made arrangements for the taxi to pick me up at 1:30. I had a couple vanilla painkillers and fell asleep in a hammock. Took a brief swim to wake up and I met the taxi to take me to Foxy's for lunch. I had a nice chicken roti and a beer. I walked back to the ferry dock and it was running a bit late. Nice sunny afternoon ride back to St John. Hit Longboards for a drink and some apps. Nice, no, very nice day!

I picked up Interludes With the Dead today on iTunes. It was the intermission music which was played at the Fare Thee Well shows this summer. Nice jams!
