Any chatter about the reopening of Island Blues? And what is happening at Voyages?

The folks that own Woody's in Cruz are/were planning to open a Woody's Seaside. Word is they ran into problems with the septic system. Haven't seen any action there is a long time.
Voyages building was purchased and is being renovated by Paul Saber who used to own Wharfside a while back. Plans for a breakfast restaurant and a high end dining place and other mixed use. Will have a couple short term rentals upstairs.
The building across from the old Island Blues known by various name (Cases by the Sea, Owen's, etc.) is being renovated for a new restaurant.
Oasis has added a new larger bar and is going strong.
