Hi Tom, long time, no see!

I always think of you and your wife when we're at Hawksnest...and whenever anybody asks if the tap water is safe to drink on STJ!

What is your budget? Do you have a preferred part of the island?

Welcome back Tom. Not knowing any more about your needs than I've seen, I have one suggestion. Try Alice by the Sea just south of Coral Bay. It is perfect for four couples, has a great kitchen, pool, pool-side second kitchen, and views to the east from every room and the pool deck. It is also gated off and very private.

we just stayed in April at Villa South Palm (as suggested above by Pia), very nice 4 equal bedroom home at around $6,000 plus tax per week.

for just a bit more per couple, Leeward in Klein Bay is one of the best, four equal bedrooms we could find in it's price range and we are staying there in August. It's reviews are about flawless:

and for a bit more per couple than Leeward, Casa de la Famiglia is laid out incredibly for 4 couples with completely separate and equal bedrooms, if the higher end of the budget is ok with all:

Villa Sanctuary is very nice - stayed there about 5-6 years ago. The bedrooms are not all equal, however the villa, outdoor space and views are wonderful plus you can walk down to the rocky beach and I hear the snorkling is good! It is in the Rendezvous Bay area. We have rented Ceillodonna Villa this coming November and the views look good and bedrooms appear fairly equal. It is in Chocolate Hole.
