Have you used this villa rental site?

Has anyone used Sea to Peak Villa Rentals? I have not seen them before and want to make sure that all is well with them.

Looks like they only offer two villas to rent (one on STT and one on STJ) I have not heard about them but personally (and this is just me) I don't like websites that do not list a contact number on their site just a place to send an email inquiry.
