Island Garden Cottage Coral Bay?

Anyone familiar with this small cottage? Website says easy walk to Coral Bay. We cannot figure out how high it is. We prefer to be as close as possible to Aqua Bistro, SkinnyLegs etc. We do not want to drive up extremely steep hills after dark. We have stayed at Zootenvaal and were fine driving and also at Crows Nest which is a great location but booked for our dates next April. Thanks.
