Review form back in place -

The review system was down for the last couple of weeks as we tried to weed out some serious spam issues. We do have a real, new system coming soon - hopefully by the end of the month, that will better deal with all of these issues. For now, it would be great to see some new reviews, especially for St. Croix and St. Thomas, before the end of the year. Thanks!
