Somone is making brownies and someone else is making chocolate chip cheesecake bars.

Too bad you can't get a recipe for Deli Grotto's coconut bars. OMYGOSH! Out of this world. Mounds of coconut, graham cracker crust and chocolate and who knows what else. So decadent.

Must see about scheduling my next trip to get a hold of another one of those.

(I got the recipe from Bunny, the baker at the Woodstock Inn, when I was 16 yrs. old. It’s been around awhile.)

I just melt the stick of butter on the cookie sheet in the oven and then mix the graham cracker crumbs in that pan (carefully). I’ve never used the cooking spray. The trick is to pack down the graham cracker crumbs in the pan so it’s a smooth surface.

Something like what shoemak38 posted, except I've known them as hello dolly bars. There's variations online. I make them for when the guys pick grapes for us; one of the men says its the reason he comes and he won't share them!

Marybeth, those raspberry lemon bars may be a winner. There is already so much chocolate, I don't want to overdue it!

For the record made the raspberry bars for Easter Sunday brunch. They are not only beautiful but super delicious!!! Will take a pic Sunday if I remember.
