I just noticed the tapatalk app for iPhone/ipad is free today on the App Store. It allows you to easily read, reply, upload photos, etc. to this forum and others that support it.
Just search for tapatalk in the App Store

I love a freebie. Just downloaded the app, but can't figure out how to post from it. All I can do is read the various forums. Am I missing something? For some reason I thought that the app would allow one to post things fairly seamlessly from the iPhone/iPad, including photos - without having to host them somewhere? Correct or not?

You will need to login first. After logging in, you can reply by typing in the reply box at the bottom.

To start a new thread you need to go to the specific forum you want to post in and click the new topic button in the upper right hand corner.

You can tap the image on the forum or in the tapatalk app when you are reading and it enlarges it.

FYI - There is also an dedicated App for the iPad, but I just installed the iphone app on my ipad and it works fine. there are some extra bells and whistles on the ipad app but it is not free today.
