Who knows Delray Beach, Florida?

Hubby and I have been made an offer we can not refuse to buy a condo in Delray. For those in the know, where should we eat? Found on our recon trip that Delray feels a lot like Coral Bay but all grown up. Saw gals in spike heels and cocktail dresses sitting with girls in shorts and flip flops and they both looked appropriate. Research shows 111 restaurants there so where do we start? What should we not miss, that is after I get my I'm in America shopping fix in?
