i was site admin for a phpbb that was geared twords television with an emphasis on british programming. after year 3 i desinged a bittorrent tracker that was integrated into the board. i had about the same amount of users, but not the same amount of lurkers. i had 3 moderators to do the moves and such, and did the real admin stuff myself. sadly i had to shut it down after some friendly letters from ITV and the BBC.
