I buy a six pack of Tab once a month at my local stop and shop. It is awesome with Crruzan dark.

My Dad was a diabetic so we drank tons of Tab when I was growing up. I don't think I could swallow it now.

Fresca, however, is my summer favorite. I make myself a virgin cosmo with Fresca, lime and cranberry juice. I'm glad to hear that it's sold on island. I'll have to come up with a new concoction for my first St. John drink.

For St. John, it needs to have pineapple juice & coconut cream in it :D

Ooooohh! That sounds perfect! Stupid question, but where do you find coconut cream? In the mixers aisle at the grocery? I know it's not the same as coconut milk.

Tab? Fresca? Coconut & juice? Oooooww...I'm affraid this is going in the wrong direction. Now let's see, something cold and needs a bottle opener, for openers. Then rum and coke - any flavor rum and any flavor coke. Mix and match!

Ok, I'll admit, I am a fan of mango coladas...

Yup! In the mixers aisle. You know, with the Margarita salt and stuff :)

I know you all prefer rum, but yesterday I started making "practice" drinks for our trip to STJ, and I have to say that my Fresca Virgin Colada was quite refreshing. Fresca, crushed ice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with a lime garnish. Even though I still have three days of school this week, Memorial Day is the official start of summer so I thought it was fitting. :)

Hi everybody, I have a cocktail related question. I seem to recall that Woody's website used to have some of their drink recipes on it but they don't appear to anymore. Does anyone have these recipes, specifically their margarita recipe? Many thanks.

Here's the link to the recipes. We had a pitcher of BBC's last night and they were yummy! Haven't tried the margarita yet.

I have two green cocktails to share from Friday...I was trying to make Celtic-themed drinks. Both are recipes from a book i bought from Ruth at St. John spice. This cocktail was a hit, it is called Tortuga:

This one was not so much a hit. It is called a green frog. Everyone thought it was too sweet. I think it has to much curaco in it.

Had a Father's day dinner here last night and this is the drink of the day. Seeing as my FIL doesn't drink and my husband is doped up on Percoset after shoulder surgery I guess I was just catering to myself :)

Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade

I used 1 can pink lemonade, a can of strawberry nectar and two cans cold water. To my glass I added a healthy dose of Vodka, added the juice to 3/4 full and topped with seltzer.

I didn't make it myself but here's a drink I recently enjoyed.

The Orange Crush

2 oz. Orange Juice

1 fill 7-Up

1 oz. Sour Mix

1.5 oz. Stolichnaya Ohranj Vodka
