I would recommend a day on the water with Capt. John Brandi with Palm Tree Charters! What a blast!

You might enjoy a trip to the BVI's and you should check out www.newhorizonscharters.com Make sure you have a valid Passport if you are thinking of going over there. We have taken this trip a number of times. You can make a reservation as soon as you get down there. There is a shack on the beach at the Elysian and you can get more info there and a discount. They can also help you with other suggestions.

Hope you are renting a car and can drive around the island as there is much to see and do. Also, go over to St. John by either on the passenger ferry or take your car on the barge.
