Dinner recommendation

Post by KAY »

We will be staying at Windward Passage Sunday night and wondering if the hotel restaurant is good or any recommendations for a restaurant within short walking distance. Don't need to be fancy, just good food at a fair price. Thanks!

I don't have any experience with The Windward Passage restaurant, but Frenchtown is just across the street. Many good places there. Hook, Line and Sinker is excellent, The Looney Bien for Mexican, Pie Whole for pizza and beer and there are others that I haven't been to.
Going "home" again October 26th!

Thanks Brenda! Hook Line Sinker was looking really good til I noticed they are closed on Sundays. Same for Pie Whole. Loony Bien may be it..sure a margarita will taste great after travel day!

Craig and Sallys in Frenchtown is open Sunday evenings for dinner - easy walking distance from Windward Passage -- the menu is online every day and changes daily - 777-9949.

We LOVE Betsy's in Frenchtown. Great food and the local flair adds to the experience! Betsy, herself, is their most times!
