Reading about groceries, but for 6 ppl

Post by kdskis2 »

We will bring some items with such as oatmeal, tuna, hard meats..but for cereal, milk, vegetables and fruits, snacks..... where would you recommend to go?? Also liquor/beer. We shopped at Kmart 10 yrs ago for booze/beer, but don't remember fresh items there. We are staying at Bluebeard's Beach Club. Thanks so much!

Costuless is a good place for shopping for the items you mentioned - for 6 people I think you will be happy with the prices and selection - I don't know if the Bluebeards Beach units have much in the way of kitchen facilities - or sit down dining.

Thank you. Cost U Less will let you buy in small quantities, correct? BBBC has kitchenettes which is all we need and we are renting a car so will be dining out most nights.

At Costuless:Some things like beers and sodas are case lots but most things are in manageable size or individual pieces.
I suggest Plaza Extra as well if you only need six pack sizes.

We like the Food Center- it is on the road to Red Hook-.
Easy in and nice compact store with all you need.
they have baggers that will bring your provisions to your car-
Good people.
