I saw somewhere that the restaurant at Tillet Gardens is under new management.

It would help to know the last time you were in STT There have been several changes in the last year and even more in the last two or three years.
In Red Hook Molly Malones is now run by the people from Fish Tails. The Cellar went out of business and a new place called Melt is there. They specialize in grilled cheese and patty melts I believe Tap and Still is in the old Burrito's location and specializes in burgers the restaurants at the Elysian and Secret Harbor are under new management

These are probably just a few of the changes

Rum Shandy in Frenchtown. Greengo's Cafe off the waterfront in town. Fresh Bistro at Yacht Haven.

What went in to the Craig & Sally's spot? We loved that place. Been a few years since we have stayed on STT, but are staying 3 nights this February.

The folks who own Rum Shandy in Frenchtown just last week opened a new place, Lanai, on the Bluebeard's Beach Club property on Limetree Beach.
