Fire has engulfed the popular Pirates Restaurant on Norman Islands, British Virgin Island.
Some reports reaching BVI News Online are that the establishment has been burned to the ground.
Station Officer at the Virgin Islands Fire Department Melvin Jeffers would only confirm that firefighters – including those from Tortola – are on the scene.
Jeffers stated that, up to publication time, there was not much information on the blaze.
BVI News Online will have more on this developing story.

While rebuilding the restaurant that burned, the Pirates are open!
Capt. John Brandi and a forum family were the first customers today!
