My favorites in no particular order

-of course cruz bay grill rub
-Carnival jam tea... I like to cool it down after I brew it and mix in a little lemonade for an AWESOME "arnold palmer" (have also added a little cruzan for what we like to call the "John Daily"
-Miss Anna's hot pepper sauce... its made on st croix and its got curry in it. I love it! There is a milder version wihout habaneros in it but I from Louisiana so I love the heat!
-Trinidad Charlie’s Original Hot Pepper Sauce... this stuff is just plain delicious on everything ive tried it on (I also love my BRIGHT pink trinidad charlie's shirt I got there a few years ago)
-St. John Spice Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard ... i wish they sold it by the gallon cuz i can never buy enough to last till the next time i go to st john again

I tried a bunch of jams and jellies when I was working and living on st john and they are ALL good... i especially like the pineapple and I used to make peanut butter and banana jam sandwiches for a quick beach snack... snorkeling can make you hungry!

Before this turns into a novel... the point is that they have a TON of great stuff at St. John Spice and you really can't go wrong there...

p.s. I wonder what Ruth would say if she had to pick one favorite thing that she sells... guess I'll get the chance to ask her in person in less than a month!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. The wonderful teas. I try to pick a different one each time.
Hey, no fair, you stole our first two.

We also love the Black Voodoo Grill Rub and Pirate’s Pepper. We usually buy the sampler spice pack or Grilling Spice Collecton when we are there.

I made a crucial error by not picking up the champagne Garlic Mustard last trip...
My Amy, however, got me some choice stocking stuffers this past Christmas, however-
Steve Simonsens' 2009 calendar-gorgeous!,
Trinidad Charlies hot pepper sauce, and Jeromes Hot sauce. Zippy, man!
When are they going to have Uncle Joe's Bbq sauce for sale again? Ever? It's incredible!!!
I'm waiting to find out when they have his bbq sauce so I can put the order in for that and the mustard...
Smiles-
