The landscape company owes you a new Ipod. Don't let it go. Jorge is right. They won't be accountable unless they are forced to be. Sadly tho I doubt the police will be any help. They don't care. Nothing stopping you from publicizing this event to all over the island if they don't pay up and fire the guys working that day.
