We did the Pre-Thanksgiving Pan Dragon dinner in 2010. It was a fantastic evening!

Took me a while to figure this one out. This is from Stone Terrace which no longer exists. Lobster 3 Ways

Are you sure the lobster three ways is from Stone Terrace? I think I remember John ordering that at Tage. I could be wrong. I usually hate lobster but I tried the cappuccino and it was very good. I miss Stone Terrace. They had a tuna dish there with hearts of palm and a vanilla sauce that I just loved.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Garlic chicken and johnnycake, conch fritters in the back, at Miss Vies:

Yes I am sure. Never went to Tage.

Also, this salad is from Stone Terrace same night.

I know why I was confused--John had that dish at Hinds, not at Tage. Hinds was where Tage used to be (and where Fatty Crab is now). The chef at Hinds used to be the chef at Stone Terrace before it closed. In fact I have a picture of me at Hinds with the same salad you just posted a picture of.

Mystery solved! :D

Best fried grouper on the island? For me, it's Shipwreck Landing [thanks for the correction below, liamsaunt!], hands down. The hot sauce is dang good too!
