Good Morning Sunshine!

Post by TouristTrapCheryl »

.
Here's a photo from a few years ago.
This is sunrise looking east across John's Folly, which is the bay that The Tourist Trap overlooks.
I hope you enjoy my photo! We wish y'all were here...  — cheryl

Beautiful, I will see it for myself in 5 days. Are those donkeys by the shore? Laura

There are 3 very tall palm trees down on the shore, but no donkeys. -c

So there I was in early June fresh off the Ram Head hike with a fist full of sweaty dollars (cuz the Trap don't take American Express, lay away or lip from smarmy tourists) with a powerful thirst and a dream to Drink Right and Keep On Drinking Right until dollars ran out...

But then the wife uttered these fateful words as we parked on the road to nowhere..."The Tourist Trap will be closed until the 19th, on vacation."

"Oh shut the front door! You've got to be sh*ting me."

No Lobster Roll.
No Drink Right, Keep Left.
No Rock'em Sock'em Robots.

For I would get no thrill on Sugar Hill this go round.
