when I go to my profile, it won't let me delete/update

That is strange - what exactly is happening? I think maybe you are still trying to use HTML - and not the BBCode tags?

All I tried to do was remove what is there. Maybe I am accessing my profile incorrectly. I just clicked on my name in a post. I see a note below that says "signatures can be altered via UCP" - what does that mean?

Go to the old site... under Forums, Blogs, Feeds, go to Virgin Islands Travel Forums all the way to the bottom or go to the forum index... under Rules, Regulations, Etc. look for "the new forum system" post by Anthony and link from it; then sign in and bookmark.

Not liking this new forum...sorry!
Everytime I reply to a post it makes me relog in with Username & password....that's too frustrating!

Also twice after trying to log in it keeps taking me back to Villa review page.

The other was so simple, quick & easy.....this is getting too involved.

This does have a few more tools - but it really is basically the same. We had to update - the security issues were just getting to be overwhelming. It sounds like you are just having a cookie issue - once you stopped going to the old forum URL or restart your computer most of that will go away. I have had no issues of being logged out, but I was working on the system for hours today and there were a couple of times were I booted everyone off by mistake. Getting things back up to speed though - I do think this will be an improvement in the long term.

One thing I am not getting is notifications of responses... are other people getting those okay? May just be heading into my spam folder...

No problem here! Noticed that the "forum has moved" link/message is working. Hope that new windows will open for links as in the past... I can wait.

I was following Pia's "locked out" thread on Facebook, then I saw Anthony's post about sending out an e-mail. It was in my spam folder, but I found it. I sort of like the big type... changes always take a little getting used to. I like the "notify when a reply is posted" option.
